Getting Started with

Simply follow the steps below and you will be up and running in no time

Our software is called CloudFile and you will need to install this on your computer before you can backup any files. After you have signed up for a Free Trial or completed a purchase, the download/install of CloudFile should have started automatically. If so, you have the following options:
  • If you choose to Save the file, please locate it on your computer and follow step 3 onward. If you cannot find the file, simply start from step 1.
  • If you choose to Run the software it will have started the install automatically, please follow step 5 onward.
  • If your automatic download does not start, you can manually download by starting at step 1 below.

How to download and install CloudFile

  1. Download the CloudFile-Win.exe file for Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000 Click Here to Download
  2. Save the file to the Windows desktop.
  3. After the download finishes, double-click the CloudFile-Win.exe icon on the desktop to install.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. After your PC has restarted you will double Click the newly installed CloudFile icon on your desktop or from the Start Menu.
  6. You will be asked to enter your username and password. This is the username and password for the online portal and can be found on your email from
  7. Follow the instructions on screen.
